You could fill a book with the amount of wardrobe malfunctions and oops moments that blonde bimbo Tara Reid has had. I think she is trying to compete with the like of Britney and Lindsay for attention or something judging by how many times she has given the waiting paparazzi a generous view of her panties in an upskirt or had those big boobs pop out of her top.
